Great customer service
Two medium cups of ice cream, with one "mix-in" each, came to $16+ - then the register prompted for a tip. Regarding a tip, the staff was robotic - a dull "you know what you want?" and when I asked for it to go the ice-cream-scooper-lady handed me a lid to package it myself. I can get a pint of premium ice cream for about $6 at the supermarket without the attitude, and then they run BOGOs so I can get two for that price.
