Ice cream is good. But they routinely mess up the online/delivery orders we place, shorting us items.
I walked into an empty store, and the two employees behind the counter didn’t greet me or my party. They simply stared at us without saying anything. Because of the lack of basic customer service, we chose to leave and won’t be returning.
It’s been years since we’ve visited a Cold Stone Creamery. Still delicious but a bit pricey for 2 small cups of ice cream. It was $14! Service was good!
Service 2/5 due to no speaking from the employees. Environment: 1/5 as the front windows were exceedingly dirty and the shop smelled liked old mop water and freezer. I didn’t get anything.
