Although it was just one server, she was incredibly friendly and efficient, swiftly taking care of orders and helping everyone get their food quickly. The place was also very clean, and I spent about 50 dollars on simple ice cream and toppings for a family of six. It was a pleasant experience overall.
Went to Cold Stone today for my birthday. Such a fun cute shop. The lady working today made my creamary amazingly!! Thank you for excellent customer service and a fantastic ice cream delight. Will most definitely be back!! Thank you
I have to give a huge shout out the OG Cold Stone on McClintock They're always so amazing, and everyone is so kind! I have an ice cream obsession, that has quickly turned into a Cold Stone obsession since moving nearby this location. I stop in 4-5x a month.... they make the best ice cream, the options and flavors are perfect, and the staff are all the best! I just hope they all know how much i appreciate them!
Went to try Dubai chocolate and couldn’t even BUY extra pistachio to add to my ice cream. They only add one SMALL spoonful for all of the sizes. Worker said owner said it’s too expensive to give more than a spoon full for any size . Should have just gone to Dairy Queen . I came for the DUBIA ICE CREAM NOT JUST A CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM. So sad don’t go they don’t look like the add a per usual money grab . NEVER COMING BACK.
