So today was the 2nd time this week I came in..1st time, trainer was berating a new employee in front of customers. Today 9/30/25 @ 2pm ish..same thing, same trainer berating a different employee in front of customers. I ordered cake batter with almonds layered, some on bottom some on top. Jessica and Ione went extra miles to help me out even when the store was closed they also spent times reaching out to door dash and follow up by calling me and made sure the cake was ordered and delivered. Door dash app didn’t make it easy I would not recommend anyone to use this app again ! Cold stone won’t be able to see the order until one hour prior to delivery which doesn’t make any sense ! Sadly I have to leave this Coldstone with a low review. The ice cream is great however we just had a terrible experience. We ordered a cake online and used a loyaltly coupon to lower the price on their website. Upon arrival they told us that the cake order cannot be fulfilled do to their freezer-hold not working. At first we understood but then saw our order slip with our personal i formation on the front counter and the words OUT OF STOCK written across it. One of the worst customer services experiences ever. Staff too busy talking about school and sitting on the counter next to the cash register while customers are trying to get their ice cream. The staff should all be replaced with people that want to work and care about the customers. It’s obvious from other reviews that this place has a huge problem with their employees and customer service. Maybe they need a new owner too.
Love the taste of the ice cream but the prize for this size of cup was very ridiculous my wafer bowl was bigger than my scoop of my ice cream I paid $9.19 over priced for this size. Very disappointed
