I'm so happy to give this experience five stars! The restaurant was clean, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Kayla was friendly and attentive as soon as I walked up to the counter, and she made sure my order was correct. Sam was just as great—also very friendly and went above and beyond by telling me about a special incentive. We recently placed an order online for some treats served with a waffle cone. We went inside the store to pick them up, upon opening the door the restaurant has a very obvious perfume smell maybe some sort of fragrance or plug in for scent but this scent is somehow infused into the waffle cone flavor and it was absolutely noticeable and we were unable to enjoy our dessert

Tried to order Love it ice cream ,that had a banana that was very ripe and requested another, which the creamery had ,on the counter, but the team member refused. Stating it was against policy. If I am paying shouldn't I get what I am paying for ??

I'm never ordering off the mobile app it's like they see the first word and done.They don't read it I asked for M&Ms and Twix and there was nothing on my ice cream.

Ice cream was ok, but had my 5 year old grandson with me and had to sit in the car to eat our ice cream because the music they were playing was very graphic. Will probably go a more family friendly place next time.
