This young lady needs an attitude adjustment and needs to be retrained. She is too unprofessional to be working with the other stars. I asked for her name, and she refused, stating that the last person who asked for it gave a bad review on her. She was also washing spoons in the sink in the back—I’m not sure that's safe.
Went here yesterday-love how authentic their ice cream always taste and the mixture with the toppings is always a plus however the staff is visibly so sad there were 3 workers when I visited and it was such a turn off how sad and disconnected they were. Like we just were ready to get our orders and leave.
great ice cream great people but the women on the wall really wig me out
I just was handed slosh/soup/nothing but melted ice cream and was told yeah sorry our AC is out so our ice cream is all melted. And was still charged full pop. This is so unprofessional and just gross. An ice cream shop shouldn’t be able to be open if they DONT HAVE ICECREAM!
