Some lady I think her name was Ava or Averie I can’t remember, but she was very unprofessional and rude! She kept flirting with the customer behind me and completely ignoring my daughter, on top of that it was my childs birthday completely ruined our whole night…I think we need to have better management, better workers, and more diversity. 1/10 NO more ice cream here. It is the second time that I’ve been there and it is unlikely that there will be a third time. You better not have allergies because the cross-contamination would send you to the other world. The ice cream was melting from the beginning and it didn’t last. Maybe their equipment was not working properly or they turn it off for some reason.
Had a fantastic experience here! My son has celiac disease, and Avery was incredibly understanding and knowledgeable about food safety. They took every precaution to make sure his order didn’t get cross-contaminated. It is so rare and refreshing to find staff who truly get it and take food allergies seriously. Because of Avery, my son was able to enjoy a safe, worry-free treat. We will definitely be back!
Makes no sense for it to take 45 minutes to order while there were 4 employees on site.
