Went in and was not waited on. Employee was sitting and watching videos on her phone. Never spoke just looked up. I left
My wife and I were excited to grab some ice cream on Labor Day and decided to come here. Big mistake. First, my wife ordered the 'Surrender to Strawberry', and the lady working who was obviously new was asking my wife what goes in it (even though it's on their menu) and then had to call someone to find out what whipped topping was. The toppings were not proportional either and it ended up tasting horrible. The store was very dirty, and although I understand they may be understaffed, I waited over 10 minutes for ice cream. When I finally got it, the ice cream was melted. Very disappointing experience—would not return. 1/5 stars.
Very sad. Out of all the toppings that I wanted. Along that it looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The two employees mumbled so I didn’t even know what they were saying. When I pay $8 for some ice cream I’d like it to be a somewhat enjoyable experience.
