Ordered a $100 cake to be ready Friday night. Cake wasn’t ready. I was not early. Guy working the register told me to come back the next day at 10 am to pick it up. They are not open until 12 and not answering their phone. Update: I was able to pick up my cake but no concession was made for them failing to have my cake ready at the pick up time. Don’t order from this location if you’re planning to pick up your cake on the same day as your event
Loved this place! So many tasty flavors to choose from. My cousin brought me here, and honestly, it was the best treat. I came all the way from Houston, TX, and the hospitality here made me feel right at home. The staff is super friendly, and the vibe is amazing. This review is NOT about the ice cream - it is 100% about the SERVICE. On Friday afternoon, August 1, my husband and I took our son, DIL, and three grandchildren, all of whom are visiting from Germany, to this location for a truly American treat. We could not have felt more DISRESPECTED! The young woman behind the counter could NOT have been more rude. She RUSHED, RUSHED, RUSHED us through like we were cattle at a stockyard.
