The you man with the glasses need to be fired!!! I wanted a child size cone for my son he told me I had to get a bigger cone because the small cone was too small to fit the ice cream. Another worker made child size cones with no problem. He was rude and condescending to me, I thought it was because I was a woman. He treated my husband the same way. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE AI RUN INSTEAD OF JUST 1 PERSON RUNNING THE FRONT. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. COURIERS BEWARE!
First time at Cold Stone and the staff was very friendly with me and my family ! Helping us navigate through all the various flavors. The UIC campus around it made the vibe more pleasant. Not giving 5 out of 5 due to it being a bit pricey. Overall nice for a treat every so often !
Our experience was great. Just like every other Cold Stone I've been to.
