It was fine and clean and all, but my son wanted chocolate sprinkles and they wouldn’t give him any because they were “out.” I asked about the full jar on display, and they said those were for “online orders” only. I was like I could pull out my phone and order online and then I get sprinkles, but I’m standing right here and you’re not going to give them to me? So that did not make me happy. They also charged me for a medium and gave me a small but I should have noticed that before I paid.
My family and I like going to this location. Ice cream is good. The issue i have is the Manager or Owner. (Asian Lady) She needs a attitude adjustment. Shes not friendly.
My dad ordered a cake and cupcakes for my birthday and accidentally selected the wrong date. The owner screamed at me and threatened to call the police on me for asking to just grab my order this weekend instead. He demanded cash, even though the money had already been taken out of my account. He also spoke very poor English, you could barely understand a word coming out of his mouth.
