Very clean and well run
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We’ve been coming to this Cold Stone location for about 15 years, which made tonight’s experience especially disappointing. We arrived around 9:40 PM, about 20 minutes before the posted 10:00 PM closing time. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The employees gave us looks that made it seem like they didn’t want to serve us. I’ve loved Cold Stone for years and always supported every local establishment in any area I’m near. This was my first time at this specific location and it was very welcoming and clean. Don’t you just love when you walk into an ice cream shop and can smell the freshness of the products? I’ve craved ice cream since the start of my pregnancy and I’m currently 6mon. I love cold stone ice cream but I do not like this location… the workers have attitude upon arrival. I wouldn’t choose to come back here.
