My dad ordered a cake and cupcakes for my birthday and accidentally selected the wrong date. The owner screamed at me and threatened to call the police on me for asking to just grab my order this weekend instead. He demanded cash, even though the money had already been taken out of my account. He also spoke very poor English, you could barely understand a word coming out of his mouth.
Years I’ve been going to this place. It’s just now they hired a - Punk teenager they have. Half ice cream mix that he made a mistake. Solution - just dump a vanilla on it. No customer service at all and will show you how disappointed they are when you show the sloppy mix they did. Quote: you want me to make it pretty? Let me put caramel on top!
Today, I visited this ice cream shop and was pleasantly surprised by its huge scoops. Usually, I order two, but I barely finished one. The ice cream has a balanced sweetness, and they also have a “no sugar added” vanilla option, which is perfect for my little one. The waffle cup was also great! The cozy atmosphere and great team makes it a nice place to relax and enjoy a treat. I’ll definitely be back!
