I would like to start with how I LOVE COLD STONE ICE CREAM. I HAVE VISITED STORES IN OH, KY, AL, and GA. I would love to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO COLD STONE IN DOUGLASVILLE GA!!!! Great customer service and the ice cream was fixed with SMILES AND LOVE. Unfortunately, the store in MACON GA had poor customer service and the young Indian lady had a I DON’T CARE ATTITUDE. The Indian girl was very very rude, already kept messing up on the orders, everything about here is just a 0/10 besides ONE staff member , horrible people’s business doesn’t last long, I’d never come here to spend anything ever again, because seriously y’all cashier needs to learn how to treat customers better and how to be more professional. I guess when you spend a nice bit in here, the poorer your service is, no way no you should be recharged for something you already paid for, needs better people at the register when it comes to dealing with customers , for a minor inconvience, it shouldnt be a problem to fix, thats how you know you shouldnt spend your money here, very disappointed
First visit to this location. It was smelling delicious from the waffle cones but I was highly disappointed by them. The waffle bowl was extremely dry and hard to eat. We got strawberry Blondie and strawberry marshmallow ice cream bowls. The waffle never got soft from the ice cream. It was a waste of money and I would come back but never get the waffle just a cup will do. The ice cream was amazing but really wanted the waffle too.
