My wife and daughter went to Cold Stone and had a bad experience. The employee, Kaitlyn, had an attitude with my wife. I also ordered a Cheesecake Fantasy and asked for extra strawberries, but none were added. A tip was also added without us approving it. Please look into this.
Great restaurant 10/ 10 experience rayan helped us pick a flavor was very nice and welcoming.

As a regular customer for many years we love the ice cream, especially the ability to swap in the silk almond ice cream. Tonight it tasted great but you sent like it instead of love it. Minor annoyance but disappointing none the less. Hope this is a simple oversight and not systemic.
