I ordered the ice cream tacos from this place. Though they were on the website , apparently they ran out. (Of ice cream cones and sprinkles)?????? I told them to just cancel the order and they said my refund would take no more than 5 days. Seven days later, no refund was issued and I had to call and tell them to do it because i found out no one ever did it. Very unprofessional and just flat out incompetent. Get ice cream from ANYWHERE else
After being turned away at the Homewood location, we came here and had a great experience with unbelievably awesome customer service. Night and day difference—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Definitely 5 ⭐️ all the way!
