I wanted to place an order to pick up ice cream to surprise my toddler. On the way there, he fell asleep in the car, along with my newborn. I noticed that they didn’t offer curbside so I called the store and asked if there was any way possible if I placed the order, could someone run it out to my car so that I didn’t have to wake up my two sleeping kids. The guy was so friendly and did not hesitate to say yes! He made my order and brought it out in no time! Will definitely be back!! Great service!
Rude service!!! Went in and stood in "correct" place and was ignored by the workers. So I moved to the register and was still ignored. One of the workers then began to serve the people in line after me and another worker pointed out how I came first but since I was not standing in the "correct" spot I was skipped. Nothing was communicated with me before hand and not a single worker in this shop even stopped to serve me.
Cold Stone Creamery is so much more than just ice cream. The moment you open the door, the aroma of freshly baked waffle cones envelopes you. There's so much to choose from! The owner of the shop was very friendly and helpful. I decided on birthday cake remix and it was delicious! I highly recommend Cold Stone Creamery.. one of the best sweat treats around!
