I am extremely disappointed in this location. I requested a milkshake and was told by the little girl at the counter that they are put of milk. This was around 12pm on 9/19/25. For some reason, I got the feeling that she was not being truthful. I would think that management would post something about an ice cream shop being out of such an essential ingredient.
I had a horrible experience and complete waste of time! We went inside the shop the lady behind the counter completely ignored two 5.9 feet tall women and a kid for almost 10 min (Mentioning the height because we were VERY MUCH visible). After 10 min she looked at us and says I’m busy with an order, I asked her how long, she said another 10 min. drove all the way over here from the other cold stone started driving at 9 from alhambra. Got here near about 935. Walked up 946 and bam they were closed. And btw the Alhambra had a terrible set up. Wasted gas and time 2x attempting to go to a cold stone. Was once in a log long time. Never again.
If I can give this establishment 0 stars I would. I have never received such poor customer service. I do not recommend this Coldstone location to anyone. I ordered a $50 custom cake a few days ago and this is what I received. Firstly, the worked handed me the bag closed and I just knew something was wrong. Please fix your AC! Not only for your customers but for your employees! We just came from the monrovia store and had the worst experience ever. While opening the door, you can feel the heat and the employees were sweating. The employees looked uncomfortable, miserable and unhappy to be there. No one should be working in these conditions during a heat wave. On 5/11/25, around 8pm, We ordered 5 ice creams and by the time we got the last one, two were melted.
