This is my recent experience. I have ordered a cake from a week before the date. When we went there to pick up, the cake was not made. But I paid for the cake already when I placed the order. Looked like they forgot. Then they made a drama about the whole thing that they don’t make that flavor anymore and they called me to let me know about this. Terrible customer service. Ignored by multiple employees.
Came here for a little treat left with disappointment. When ordering chocolate we were told the “chocolate was too hard to scoop pick something else” will not be going back.
