I've ordered here for a year and sort of bi-weekly for my Saturday cheat day treat and select a chocolate dipped waffle bowl BUT I always specify in my delivery orders that I want the peanut butter chip cone (since it isn't an option online but they have it in-store), and they always accommodate it! It's just one of those small-gesture nice little cutesy things. Way overpriced. For the price of one small cup of ice cream I can buy a half gallon and get change. Highly overrated.
They make the orders wrong & if you decide to call them they do nothing about it. Idk maybe remake & getting it right this time? They clearly hire air heads or flat out dumbasses. The managers are never to be found. The ice cream is over charged, tastes like freezer & barely gives toppings that YOU paid for. Overall, THIS PLACE SUCKS DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️
