Cold Stone is always a hit for our family, but what really makes this location special is the staff. Most of the employees seem to be teenagers, and they are consistently kind, hardworking, and friendly every time we visit. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service and positive attitudes. We always leave appreciating how welcoming they are. Cold Stone is a favorite treat for everyone in our family, and this location keeps us coming back!

I got a cake for my daughter’s birthday. They did a terrible job. When I tried to call to complain The phone goes to a voicemail box. I will never go to this location again. You need to do better when it comes to kids’s birthday cake cakes. Her cake is even lopsided you can see in these pictures how terrible this cake was made. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three ice creams, and my daughter had already started eating hers when I went to pay. The employee at the register informed me he did not have change, and I unfortunately did not have another form of payment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he raised his voice and told me to “bring change next time.” I stepped out to get my bill changed at a nearby location and returned to complete the payment. Whoever left 2 children in charge on dec 31st should be fired. They had no intention of getting any to go orders done and could barely even move through the people in line. There was also another employee in the back not helping or it was one of their Girlfriends.
