The ice cream was good. The customer service was awesome. Hannah was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Very disappointed with our experience. We had pre-ordered a birthday cake for my mom, but when we arrived to pick it up, the staff had no record of the order. They were completely unprepared, couldn’t locate the order in the system, and had no idea how to issue a refund. To make matters worse, there was no clear communication or solution offered.
