Highly disappointed! I’ve eaten at Coldstone creamery for several years all around the US. Upon my arrival I noticed one of the associates named Joshua, digging Ice cream out of the bin with NO gloves on.( Nor did I see him wash his hands) When I brought this to his attention, he seemed very agitated and advised, the employees at this location are given the option to wear gloves.
