Hands down 2 of the best employees ever! Carter was holding down the whole store of probably 10 customers by himself with an incredibly positive attitude and when his co worker Jarrod arrived early to his shift to help they both knocked out the whole store full over customers by themselves quickly and with great attitudes and great service! Would leave 20 stars if I could!
Carter absolutely handled tonight’s rush, had a full line out of the door and rocked out everyone’s prefer alone due to a no show employee. Kept a smile, singing and conversation with everyone. Keeping a positive energy even handling the store alone. Shortly after Jared came in early and helped knock out orders with a quick jump to action. Beyond amazed with these gentleman and they surely deserve a raise or acknowledgment for how amazingly they handled the pressure. Thank so much for my delicious ice cream. Ordered this place via door dash and they didn’t even put anything in a bag……so the ice cream cup was just open, in a random door dash drivers car….melting all over the place. Disgusting. Have some common sense. $30 for two cups of ice cream that we aren’t eating because God only knows what they’ve come in contact with. I have ordered from here dozens of times before and never had this problem. Ridiculous and gross.
