Only one person working counter. When it was our turn to order, she got on the phone. A guy dressed sloppily and like he just woke up came out of the back and acted like he was bothered. Still didn’t take our order. Someone came in for pickup order and completed that before taking our order. Finally took our order. Then had to discuss who was going to make it. Finally decided the Tuttle would make it and she had to give him the ingredients. At this point we said forget it and left. Very disappointing
