The ice cream tastes fine. However, management needs to reevaluate the cleaning habits of staff. One of the staff members cleaned the bathroom toilet with a brush and proceeded to walk back where the ice cream is prepared with the same toilet brush in hand just open to air. Also the place is dirty. Needs a deep clean. The floor and the glass where the ice cream is served.
I’ve been here multiple times, consistently they have gotten my size order wrong and ice cream flavor wrong. Last time I was here I asked for a love it size and they gave me a like it size and then they tried to charge me for a love it size and got sassy when I tried to correct them. Just today, I came in here with my girlfriend and I asked for a love it yet I was given a like it again. And my girlfriend was given a sweet cream flavor despite asking for cookie dough. Please pay attention to detail.
my daughter and I visited cold stone last night and the staff was friendly and helpful. best ice cream in town! worth the $. other customers were impatient although the wait was not long. I felt bad for the employees. they were certainly doing their best.
They start cleaning 30mins before the posted closing time and deny service. Worst staff!! Happened couple of times now. Arent you supposed to service ur customer until the closing time? 😡😡
Just went to coldstone at 8.40pm to get icecream. Just left coldstone bloomington before 10 mins. and was told they couldn't mix flavors because it was 'too close to closing.' Seriously? It was still 15 minutes before the posted closing time. If store can't handle making a simple mixed scoop, maybe adjust your hours or train your staff better. Disappointing. Having Bad customer service these days at this store
