Easy parking - right out the front door. The wait can be a minute, but it's never too long. And the ice cream is delicious.
Ate a few bites and hated the chocolate chips in my ice cream. I asked the lady who made it if she could make me just a half portion without the chocolate chips in it, but she would not help me. Very disappointing experience.
Sent my teenager in to get our ice cream and I was charged for extra brownie and I got almost no brownie at all. He waited 20 minutes cause only one person was working and I'm really disappointed with the experience and the quality for a $9 ice cream going to Handel's next time
Worst customer service! Went in for a cake and asked the employee to write “ Happy Birthday “ and she responded with “ I don’t know how” unbelievable… Does cold stone not train their staff? “ I don’t know how” Or just extremely lazy!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced by a worker. The lady you guys have working 12/29/24 around 3 ish completely rude and no customer service. Brought in my father and grandma for ice cream and she was completely rude
