Had wonderful chocolate demolition. The guy at the counter was patient and kind. Felt good with the experience. Would love to go back to this place.
I came to this establishment with my family to buy ice cream, and we were rudely served by a short young lady with brown pigtails. She acted like we were inconveniencing her and she also touched the banana in our ice cream with her bare hands. She also under portioned the ice cream, leaving half empty, and rolled her eyes when I mentioned this to her. Awful experience, she shouldn't be working at the store.
Bought midnight delight cake yesterday for a birthday celebrations. Upon cutting and consuming the cake, we saw bluish something in the cake part. taste also was like dirt. ice cream part was okay. ended up throwing the whole cake. ruined our birthday celebrations.
The girl who served me with washing dishes in the back did not wash her hands and came out directly to me to make my ice cream. Then proceeds to get my waffle cone with her bare hands with no gloves on after she had been handling my money. I asked her to please get one that she had not been touching with many hands and she put gloves on. WAFFLE cone STALE.
