No bathrooms, the place it hot!!! The ice cream don’t look fresh smfh 25 dollar 2 single scoops n a shake !! No type hospitality workers look like they don’t wannabe there tables dirty !! No customers !

This place has really gone downhill. Has been under construction with no working bathroom for more than a year, he charged us for the wrong sizes and we found that out after we checked receipt so we definitely were scammed. The ice cream looks all dried and freezer burned in the case. It's disappointing because we really love coldstone.
