Absolutely disgusted. Not clean, the standard of cold stone is much higher than this. It should be closed. Also, me and my date both got sick after. Never will return I suggest not to try this location. Not worth the time or overpriced cream, sorry
Ice creams usually okay. Customer service could be better. I had a pick up order and she just handed it to me with an attitude and didn’t say anything.
The ice cream was watery and soggy, they mixed up the order 4 different times. The service took so long. Would never go there again. I got a love it cup ( medium) and they filled it up half way making it look like a like it cup(small)
It’s been a while since I’ve been here. Seems like new owners are taking over. A lot of construction going on in the place.
