About this business

Cold Stone Creamery - A Revolutionary Evolution Our founders, Donald and Susan Sutherland, scoured the world in search of the perfect ice cream. Not surprisingly, they found that not all ice cream is created equal. From traditional hard-packed to soft serve varieties, until Donald and Susan pursued their "Ice Cream Dream"- we were stuck with some pretty disappointing alternatives. The ice cream is great, however it was very impressive how rude the service was. We came in, and were not greeted, and had to wait and watch the employee put ice cream away. We came in 15 minutes before they close, which we did not know at the time. We felt bad, however, they were still open and we should not have been deliberately ignored.

Everything is pretty overpriced, I mean it's ice cream, it's good but I didn't really notice a significant improvement over handels or any of the other ice cream places to justify costing 6$ at minimum.

First time ever. Was excited about trying. Very disappointed. We both felt a little nauseated after driving home. My man got a strawberry milkshake. I got a small waffle cup with white ice cream, a brownie in the middle as he mushed it up and poured caramel on it. I couldn’t eat it all.

Our ice cream was good, so that's the good part. Other than that, the tables were consistently wiped off. The staff were super slow, making the ice cream, it just wasn't the best day to go, I guess.
