I recently went to the cold Stone creamery in Apex North Carolina, and it was very good. Service was amazing. Staff were friendly, very clean and best of all the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely would recommend for anyone that wants a sweet treat.
We have gone to this Cold Stone many times and have always been happy. Recently we ordered online and there was an issue with our order. I called the store and the manager got back to me promptly. She resolved the issue in a timely manner. We will definitely go back.
I've been coming here a long time for my ice cream and recently I've been getting the dulce de leche and banana cream mixed together and its so good, I reccomend this location a lot.
I'm deeply disappointed by the service at this location. The employee named “Charlie”was hostile when I politely asked for my ice cream to be mixed properly - he raised his voice, rushed the order, and delivered a sloppy mess. His aggressive behavior in front of other customers was completely unprofessional. Management should immediately *retrain or replace this employee** - no one should endure verbal abuse while trying to enjoy ice cream.
