My ice cream was soooo delicious until I got to the part with a strand of hair. Lost my appetite. Employees need to have their hair up or a net on. Thank you.
Great customer service. My daughter loved her “Stitch” theme birthday cake and it was very delicious! Looking forward to order from here again!
This location needs a real life manager and not children running the place. Ice cream is hard to mess up, so the food is fine but the service has lacked for YEARS. The staff doesn’t even know the menu and lacks basic customer service and niceties. To the District Manager/Area manager PLEASE address the staffing at this location.
Awful experience
Bought 2 triple pints. Probably got only 5 pints? Not the first time since last few months. Atleast give the box full if you are charging $25 for it. I always tipped even for ready mixes, but this doesn't even justify paying the base price.
