The staff is not good they dont even ask how they want icecream
I placed a special order (kinda expensive for a ice cream cake) and wrong item was given to me. By the time I cut into it and realized it was incorrect I contact the store. The store employee told me the only way is to make an online request and a "manager" will contact me. For some odd reason I can not deal with the local store. Since the pick up day I have made 2 inquiries "online" and still no one has reach out. I would not do a special order again. Terrible local service. Maybe because its franchised with young kids work... read more
