I placed a special order (kinda expensive for a ice cream cake) and wrong item was given to me. By the time I cut into it and realized it was incorrect I contact the store. The store employee told me the only way is to make an online request and a "manager" will contact me. For some odd reason I can not deal with the local store. Since the pick up day I have made 2 inquiries "online" and still no one has reach out. I would not do a special order again. Terrible local service. Tried to go in door was unlocked. They weren't open yet. The employee in charge was very rude. Don't go here rude employees and high prices
