Paying nearly 70.00 for a cake, to not have the birthday candles comped? Pure garbage, as competing businesses are happy to throw them in. Are all the ingredients marked up to the max too?? Not returning to only be priced gouged... Aside from this gripe, the cake was delicious for what you get. I give it more than five stars. One star of what they think of their customers. So 3 stars is fair...
Dropped $60 on Coldstone for all the ingredients not to be mixed together, and it looked like it was just thrown in the bowl. Ended up re-mixing it myself at home. Had I known it would be a diy, I could have just baked a cake and threw some ice cream on it, smh.
Wouldn't take my coconino hs discount card. No explanation at all. Owner keeps dodging my calls. What a joke. I'd rather make my own ice cream then deal with this incompetent owner.
