Place was slammed and very slow, but girl who cashed me out was very polite and friendly.
This location is usually super busy because Cold Stone is the best ice cream, but having to wait in line for nearly 35 mins just to be attended is ridiculous and a mess. And, I was the second person in line when I walked in. By the time I was able to request what I wanted, there were 9 groups behind me waiting. Worker Trent obviously loves job. He went above an beyond to make sure our experience was great.. His customer service is exceptional. 5 STARS!!!
Worker Kristina obviously doesn't like her job. We were nice and patient with her but obviously she was not. Her customer service is poor, she is short and snappy with people
Unfortunately, Coldstone is off my list. Placed an order a week in advance for a cake for a birthday on Sunday. Arrived at the location only to discover it closed despite posted Sunday hours on site, website, and APP. Nobody in the company thought to advise a closure or update the numerous locations where hours of operation are posted and that falls on poor leadership.
