Me and my kids went today got 3 small ice cream bowls and 2 oreo milk shakes let me just say the milk shakes is fire the ice cream bowls are ok but the flavor of the ice cream was kinda bland employees was really nice the price is a bit steep still 4 star in my opinion more of a price problem as I spent just over 40 bucks
Long wait time. Too many employees but just one working with customers. Need better customer service.
Just moved here from New Mexico. Back in Las Cruces where we used to live, 2 employees could’ve handled a rush with a line from the register to the door. This location had 5 employees behind the counter during a 7:30 evening rush and they kept doing this weird carousel of rotating employees everytime a new customer moved up to order. If you’re the branch manager, you’re probably overstaffed and overpaying.

I visited this Cold Stone location this evening and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged us. There were only two customers ahead of us, yet they waited about 10 minutes before anyone helped them even though there were around six employees working.
