The worst place. Everytime I go there the employees all look like they're bn held hostage. No one was in the store when we got there at 840 except 6 or more employees standing around, no one greeted us. One girl finally took our order, no questions were asked except something to the effect of "what'd u like?" And then nothing was communicated after. I came in the other day with my family hoping to get ice cream on this hot day, but unfortunately the store was flooded so we left. I come back today thinking things have changed but there is water all over the floors in the back and front as well as under the ice cream machine flowing into the lobby. This is safety concern not only for this customers but employees as well. This is the GREED they talk about in the bible!!
Payed for a large and this is what I got. The one my wife got on the right is fine. I have come here 7 times in the past they always mess something up on the order EVERY SINGLE TIME, and after all that still expect a tip. Also apparently the store doesn't have a QR code scanner. Save your money or go to the other location in Clarksville. This store needs to seriously go out of business. $19.67 for two cups of ice cream… 6/15/2026
