I love ice cream, I normally don’t go to places to eat ice cream, I get it from the grocery store. But when I do… I go to this cold stone, I love their strawberry blonde!! This store does get very busy. They definitely have some youngsters working there… but kids have to learn how to handle stressful situations, so I deal. Update:: 5-24-25 Service here still sucks. Service here is absolutely abysmal. The children working the counter just flat ignore you. They aren't even busy. And these people want $15/hr?? Your entire job is customer service and it's dependant on making customers happy so they give you money to stay open. How hard is it to serve people ice cream??? Garbage dump employees here.

This location is usually super busy because Cold Stone is the best ice cream, but having to wait in line for nearly 35 mins just to be attended is ridiculous and a mess. And, I was the second person in line when I walked in. By the time I was able to request what I wanted, there were 9 groups behind me waiting. It seemed like one employee was busy putting together a large mobile order, another employee was restocking and whatever else she was doing in the back, and the other employee was literally experimenting with ice crea... read more
