I asked Chloe for her name so i could leave a review about her! She’s so sweet, and I love her energy! She’s very happy and QUICK! She served my entire family of 5 all by herself! Would LOVE to come back!
They have gotten my business for the last time. Came in to pick up a cake that was ordered online and after waiting 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge us, they can’t seem to find the cake. They pulled one out of the common area, sloppily wrote HBD on it and set the box in melted chocolate. What a disappointment this place has become.
Chloe is GREAT! Coldstone was super busy today and she had a smile on her face the whole time! I asked her for her name, she was very patient with me i would love to come back.
Horrible management, rude employees, and an overall terrible experience. I don’t recommend them at all. They ruined my kid’s cake and never offered a refund or even tried to fix it. Just horrible. I will never purchase from here again!!!
