Staff was outstanding with helpful suggestions and quick service 4/17! And the ice cream is always delicious.
I haven’t stopped for ice cream in a while. I swung into ColdStone on the way home: the place gets a B in cleanliness- it was still morning and the door was dirty, handle felt grungy and glass was dirty. The girl behind the counter was friendly but clueless. No clue on ingredients and no ingredient list. The samples were great and after paying over $7 for a single scoop, i lamented not asking for more samples! Not impressed with our last visit. Only one person there to help and was not friendly and didnt even mix the "mix ins" (their term) into the ice cream and each "Mix in" costs over $1 for about 5 mini marshmallows. Not on the list to get back to anytime soon
Went in 2 weeks ago for 2 smoothies which were terrible. Frozen flavored iced. Went in today for friend bd. Ordered 2 cups ice cream. Gave me wrong order and forgot about second order. I had to ask for second order. He said he forgot it... Terrible service both times !!!! Not going back !! Hire decent help....
