Great service, and great ownership – I've been to this location (North Academy) so many times that the young people behind the counter often know what I am getting. The customer service at this location is top notch 99.9% of the time...even when they are getting slammed. I've even met the owners on several of my visits...and they are spot on; they actually seem to care about the reputation, and service of their store. mm.mmmm... good! – This is a wonderful place to treat your self, friends, family or anyone else for that matter! They have an awesome selection of icecream and mixins. They have ice cream cakes and pies and cupcakes as well! Great for holidays and birthdays!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful now!! (under new management and ownership!) The new staff is very helpfull and has a lot of knowledge! I will be coming back again and again and again!!!!
