Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this veterinarian fully explain your pet's condition? Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. We have been using Cold Springs since they were founded - we had used the veterinarian owners at another office before they formed Cold Springs. Excellent place to take your pets or horses.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
