I called Cold Spring Floral on a Tuesday to get family flowers delivered for a Saturday celebration of life service. Paula was absolutely fantastic, she was able to customize each arrangement with yellow roses, which was the favorite flower of my mother in law. She delivered them herself on Saturday morning and they were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I highly recommend working with Cold Spring Floral!
I put in an order last night around 9 PM, so well after business hours were over, and requested next day delivery. Not only did they arrive by mid afternoon today, right on time, but the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, super fresh, and they even hand wrote the special message that I had requested! I wish I lived locally so I could use this florist all the time! But if you're local to the area, or even just looking for a great place to send flowers to somebody who does live nearby, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Cold Spring Floral makes Beautiful arrangements. They also found out I had the incorrect delivery address. They called and txt to get the correct address and delivered them correctly. Thank You.
I am very disappointed that I met with them over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a phone call, email or anything with pricing, etc. I find it very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be referring this floral business to anyone.
Cold Spring Floral created my mother's funeral flowers. They did an amazing job and were able to make last minute changes/additions for us. I've ordered from them for years, but really appreciate the care and attention to detail they took with my mom's funeral flowers.
