Good luck getting ahold of Nelson. Inconsistent communication. Explained that his price included AC maintenance to get our unit operating. Sent multiple techs out to try and diagnose the problem which was appreciated but required multiple calls and texts to get something scheduled that ultimately would be someone showing up with little to no notice. Overall VERY happy with the service provided with this new system and a great savings compared to at least 6 other quotes received. They helped guide me with the correct unit which will save me money in the long run!! Your team came out, brought over 2 temporary units for the weekend completed the install in approximately 5-6 hours with no complications. Highly recommended!! Great team you have :)
