Extremely poor communication; initially answered immediately to get the job, but after that - crickets! A small project that was estimated to take two days, took two weeks. Windows updates not installed as promised. I am an avid supporter of small and/or local businesses and would have loved to write a glowing review, but dealing with this business was just FRUSTRATING.

Couldn't get them to answer the phone in about a year. I have a computer in for repair and don't know if I will get it back.

The add says open but closed leave messages and no call back. Took mine to another place.

Called them on Monday, messaged both owners through FB, sent an email directly to their business. It is now Wednesday and not a single reply. Update: was contacted back after 4 days. They told me they closed the office due to illness. Never posted anything or let anyone know. When I let them know that I was upset about the lack of communication, they turned it around on me as if I want the bad guy. I posted the conversation on Social Media, and they continued to come down. No apology for not communicating, nothing.
