Saved us, family with 2 littles, traveling through the area! Towing from WA to WY and truck decided its the EPA required useless part did not want to “work” and threw codes leading to a bum leg (limp mode). Called everywhere in a 250 mile radius before getting to them and they immediately jumped to help. Found and sourced the part before I even arrived later in the evening. Upon arriving in Livingston Montana my Ram 3500 truck was overheating. We were staying at Osens RV Park and cold smoke Automotive was recommended to me by the office to take my truck to. Upon doing so they got me right in fix my truck in less than an hour and my price was reasonable I would recommend them to anyone having any mechanical issues.
I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are very professional, and will treat you and your vehicle right - plus there are pups! Three other mechanics from different states couldn’t diagnose the issue but they were able to diagnose on the spot and resolve the issue quickly. If you’re in Bozeman/Livingston area and are stressin about a mechanical issue stop stressin and go here!
Absolutely 10/10, will always take my vehicles here. I've had multiple work done on a couple different vehicles and could not ask for better. They've always been straight with me. They're willing to work with doing things in groups if needed budget wise. If I could give higher stars I would give it. I messaged maybe 8 mechanics for help with my RV undermount AC and none would help fill it with refrigerant. Coldsmoke- not only fixed it, but was very informative, explained how it works, checked for leaks and got me up and running. Got there around 2pm and was out before 3. Highly recommend. Very nice friendly people & Friendly dogs.
