I wish I could add more stars. Elise and the crew went far beyond for me this week. My Bruce Jenner failed while I was coming by Livingston in the wee hours. They diagnosed immediately, ordered a new transmission. I let Elise know that I was on a very tight timeline for the repair. The manufacturer didn't send correct torque-converter bolts with the new trans. One of the guys drove his own vehicle to Bozeman to retrieve new bolts. Had a water pump go on a long road trip. Could have caused a real issue but this shop saved the day. They really went above a beyond. I heard nothing but good things as we walked around town and waited. They had us back on the road and made what could have been a major issue just a small glitch in our trip. Thank you Cold Smoke!
