Pretty good working on my 2001 dodge ram I took it in due to 4 wheel drive issues had to take it back due to the suction not working correctly but they did get it all fixed up! Thank you guys

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! We were traveling to Yellowstone and started having a brake issue…at 4pm. First 2 places I called had no time for me. Cold Smoke was completely different - wanted to help me if they were able to. Got our car in right away and checked the car, then ordered the parts and installed them. Wow! As we were driving away, “check engine” light came on. Called them again and they said, “bring it back and we’ll check it out” even though it was after quitting time. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone; it's the worst. I'm Hispanic, and I think that's why they took advantage of me because I don't speak English. They stole almost $7,000 from me repairing my truck, a GMC Sierra 2500HD diesel. It was just for an injectors replacement, and they couldn't do anything. They gave it back to me four times, and all four times it didn't work properly; it was mixing diesel into the oil. Then they sent me to Ressler, saying it was their problem. Elise & Jordan we're a phenomenal force of intelligence & kindness while diagnosing issues with my SUV after I had just been towed from the interstate for a overheating engine. I was incredibly stressed about needing to get home to Billings in time for my kiddos afterschool, however that stress was quickly alleviated as they and their team worked to quickly evaluate & repair the issue with my vehicle.
