Do not under any circumstances by any systems, services, or guarantees from this business. They installed the water system at my house with a 25 year warranty, and when I called to get service as it was flooding my crawlspace I was told to bypass the unit and throw it in the trash. He simply said that he doesn't service them anymore and he wouldn't be doing anything. He said because he doesn't sell them anymore he didn't have to do anything. Our warranty hot water tank would not be available until Monday?!! Thank you Cold Ridge Plumbing; we have hot water this afternoon already~basically the same price as our big company warranty repair that now seems somewhat of a scam. We will call Cold Ridge Plumbing in town from now on. Fast, reliable and professional service.
