Tom was fantastic. The team was prompt, courteous and fairly priced. In a time when it can be difficult to find a plumber, they made the entire experience seemless and easy. They were respectful of my time and even moved my appointment to accommodate my needs. They will be the only company we use going forward.
Called them in the middle of the day with frozen pipes at our home, fast response and knowledgeable staff had my water back in quick order. Definitely will refer to a friend. Quality of work was amazing, have had many sub zero nights without it freezing again, they not only got the water back they solved the issue from happening in the future
The boys at Cold Rain Mechanical were professional, polite and thorough! I am great full for their fast response, quick diagnostic and fixing of my water heater!!

I couldn't be happier with the experience using Cold Rain for a water heater issue with no hot water. I was in a pinch and not getting call backs from several plumbing and heating companies local to me (Sanford). Luckily, I was referred to Cold Water based out of Naples and found out they can service Sanford, which I never would have thought to check.
