I was quietly panicking this morning because of my cat’s symptoms, and of course Google kept showing me the worst-case scenarios. The person who answered my phone call was very professional, and helped calm me down. From the receptionist and vet tech to Dr. Watson, everyone was compassionate, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They took excellent care of my cat, and I’m very grateful. It was my first visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all so much!
I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. The email correspondence was disrespectful, unprofessional, and far below any reasonable standard of customer service. The lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by your staff is unacceptable. After this experience, I have no intention of contacting or doing business with your company again, and I certainly would not recommend it to others.
