This clinic has been so accommodating and understanding of the circumstances we found ourselves in the care of a 2 year old 7lb dog. Dr Mueller was very comforting prior to surgery and I felt confident in my dogs treatment after meeting with her. Dakota was reassuring during post-op, was kind and thorough with explaining my dog's aftercare. The admin staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Dr. Mueller was absolutely incredible when Nero got into chocolate late on a Friday night. She took such calm, attentive care of him and made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. I’m beyond grateful for her compassion and expertise- Nero was in the best hands. I can’t say enough good things about Cold Lake Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Macleod was absolutely amazing so kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made both me and my pet feel completely comfortable. You can truly tell she cares deeply about the animals she treats.
