I want to start by saying that the veterinary doctors I dealt with both times I’ve been here were wonderful. They were patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand my pet’s care. I was also physically shown the symptoms of my pet which helped put it into better perspective as to the gravity of the situation (expensive procedure *needed*). All of you are amazing!! I could not put Ches, Odin, Storm, Hawk, Harvey and Selma in better care!! Drs Cory, Watson and Lowen, you are the best. I am so happy I found you as our vets. I have been taking my dogs to Brooke ever since the facility opened. I have total confidence that they do what is best for my dogs. I have never been disappointed in their care and treatment of my dogs.
Had a wonderful experience with the clinic and staff! My bunny was having some stomach problems (which can be very dangerous for rabbits) and the woman on the emergency line, and doctor Watson were awesome! They treated my bunny so well, told me my treatment options and prices, got the tests done quickly and with the least stress possible! Happy to report he's doing much better already thanks to their excellent care!
