Absolutely terrible. I have 3 young children. To book a walk in appt I have to be in the clinic before 8am to get an appointment which is usually 4/5 hours later. There is no reason for a mother to have to drag all her kids when she can make a quick phone call to get that appointment booked. Mind you, they usually end up being booked, so going in at 8am with all your little ones won’t even guarantee you a spot. Make sure to bring your forms when entering the Primary Care Network because it is not possible to email someone here and print them. I had to ask my therapist, which is apparently a different department to print a single form to sign. It's asking way too much to be able to print a form, so make sure to go to Staples first as per their suggestion and print your forms first since they cannot do it for you. These NPs are just the best. I fired my Dr and switched over. They are knowledgeable and professional. I recommend if you don't have a physician
It sucks to get in to see a doctor, if you have to take the bus and the earliest the bus picks you up at 7:40am you get to the hospital at 8:05am by that time there is already 7 to 10 people waiting, the doors open for 830am and within 5mins the walk-in in full, some people than DONT SHOW UP Which those apt could be used for someone else! At least when calling in there was a hope of getting in! Here my husband and I for the last two weeks are still trying to get in 😫
Can’t make an appointment with my own doctor… so come into walk-in on Friday from 9-12. Get there at 8:30am and there’s already 20 people waiting… make an appointment but only from 8-830 on Tuesdays so you have to call 50 times and pray you get through… there is no logic to this system and it’s hurting ppl. This is not access to healthcare this is hell.
