Update: They recently added online booking for Elaine so I'm very happy! I love my doctor and have no problem driving all the way from Bonnyville for appointments, but the fact that you can only book appointments during a single half an hour slot ONE DAY week is absolutely insane. I just want to call and book an appointment. I don't care if it's a month or more away. Please stop making it so difficult to book appointments!
Absolutely terrible experience here, my partner has been struggling with POTS and dysautonomia (her heart can't regulate properly, her heart rate goes from 150bpm+ to 40bpm and lower in just a few minutes from sitting on the couch to standing) among many other invasive and life altering symptoms. This is the worst experience
Absolutely terrible. I have 3 young children. To book a walk in appt I have to be in the clinic before 8am to get an appointment which is usually 4/5 hours later. There is no reason for a mother to have to drag all her kids when she can make a quick phone call to get that appointment booked. Mind you, they usually end up being booked, so going in at 8am with all your little ones won’t even guarantee you a spot. Make sure to bring your forms when entering the Primary Care Network because it is not possible to email someone here and print them. I had to ask my therapist, which is apparently a different department to print a single form to sign. It's asking way too much to be able to print a form, so make sure to go to Staples first as per their suggestion and print your forms first since they cannot do it for you.
