I rarely give reviews, but this interaction was something else. Most of the staff are usually really good. But one guy in particular makes me now avoid the place as much as possible. I assume he's a manager because the person helping me today at customer service had to ask him, standing next to them, a question about this brand new broken tool. Went in to get a weed eater and the staff member helped me find it, he knew where everything I needed to go with it was located, even showed me lower priced items. Excellent service will be returning!
