Despite clearly communicating that my visit was not routine and that I needed immediate attention, I was denied even the most basic tests or investigations to understand what was happening in my body. The doctor barely asked questions, offered no follow-up, and dismissed my concerns entirely. Fantastic care for my emergency appendectomy. The nurses went above and beyond, especially, Bobbi. I would give six stars if I could. Thank you to everyone there who helped make a very painful and stressful experience so much better. I am not from Cold Lake and unfortunately, don’t remember any of the other names of the many amazing people there. From the super helpful lady at the front desk to the nurses, support staff, doctors, and surgeon, thank you so much.

Walk in says open at 8:30 it is currently 9 am and nobody has been called in yet. I feel lied too, my chest hurts and I’ve been here since 7 to try and get in early but guess being early is as useless as saying it’s open at 8:30, it is 9:02 currently and they finally just called the first name, There’s only 8 people here and they just refused seeing the 9th because their too full? Imagine taking so long to do your job that you have too turn away sick people, literally pathetic.
