I had a factory order and Amy has been amazing to deal with. She has gone above and beyond. The order took just over 3 month and when the truck arrived she got it into the shop right away for the PDI. She even had my tonneau cover changed over the same day. She herself was in there helping clean and detail inside and out and do anything she could to help get it ready for that day. She even stayed after hours to complete it. Went in to get a wheel alignment in my 2013 car(not a new car). They broke a part on my car saying it broke cuz it was rusted (what can be true but) maked it “not drivable” and now is trying to charge me of the wheel alignment, part that THEY broke and time to put the Part that. If it was rusted you should have spoke to me before and said it could break and not just force it with out saying? While I didn’t buy my truck here, I bring it here for service since I live in Cold Lake. The folks at the service desk are always super helpful and my Ford comes back clean every time I drop it off. They always are able and willing to help me out and the work is outstanding I keep coming out to this location in spite of having moved to Bonnyville. The service here is second to none
