This cleaning service is absolutely amazing! I've tried several others in the past, but Cold Front is definitely the top choice. They have been cleaning my home every week for more than a year now. Their attention to detail is impeccable, and they are truly a lifesaver. Not to mention, they are incredibly friendly and reliable, which is crucial when inviting someone into your home on a regular basis.
Cold Front Cleaning provided services for all of our apartments for our crew while working in Fairbanks (15+ apartments, 24 hour shifts). This was very demanding as the hours were limited to when there was no occupancy. Cold Front Cleaning accommodated this entirely and was very flexible to meet our needs. They did such a good job we replaced our office cleaning crew with their services. Very personable and understanding, doing everything they could to ensure we were satisfied.
I really loved this company a year ago, they were on time, cleaned everything perfectly, took their time. This time, the cleaning time change from 3 hours to not even one hour, I asked them to wash everything off, tried to explain one of the girls not just to use some wet wipes but to clean with water, no chance… I am very disappointed and I told them but the answer was that they wanted to come back and clean it up.
