My elderly father’s fridge broke down just before Christmas and Scott talked me through ways to solve it. It worked and fridge has been firing ever since. Scott was on holidays with his family but still he answered his phone to an unknown number and talked me through it whilst feeding the troops ! Amazing 🙏 Thanks again Scott ! Very helpful & friendly. He was booked out till after Xmas, but guided me through a reset over the phone which did the trick, free of charge. My 97 year old dad was very grateful.
Scott came today to check out my air con to see why it was leaking, free of charge because of my low income and I ad zero money and have medical issues that make me extremely hot,he was very professional, friendly and and even checked the drainage pipe for blockages in the rain.will be certainly getting him back to clean and service my unit once I have the funds. Great service.
