I reached out to Pat in regard to a residential icemaker that I had in a custom house. The ice maker went bad , Even though Pat was not able to accommodate me to service the unit, he was able to recommend me somebody that could take the unit in. Even after hours he reached back out to me.
I have never written a review in my life but no better time than now. I have owned Manderes restaurant in Folsom for 15 years and Cold Control has taken care of all of my equipment since day one. Coolers, walkins, ice machines and air conditioning making sure a small family owned business is taken care of like all the large corporate businesses. I have an ice maker, and have many questions and concerns. Tanja not only provides great customer service, she is also very kind and has great follow up! Pat also followed up immediately addressing my concerns and gives great advice for ways in which to maintain my unit. Pat exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for his assistance and honesty!
I have an older True Commercial refrigerator in my shop that stopped working. Pat quickly diagnosed the problem (bad compressor starter) and repaired the unit. When he's in town doing a repair at a near by shop, he usually stops by to see how everything is still working. Very happy with Cold Control and their customer service -- not a lot of companies like this out there anymore .
1) my walk in stopped working and CC came out to fix it. 2) CC lowered fan speed while there; they couldn't find anything wrong w/cooler & it started running again while they were there 3) Pat/Owner ranted to me bout the dying florist industry on several occasions-really uncalled for & very annoying 4) My cooler stopped working 2 days later & I called CC again.
