Sat at the bar. Bartender was awesome! Food was good and as expected. Sports bar… changed UConn v Syracuse football, tied in the 4th, 1 minute left. Asked for it to be changed back. Never changed. Asked bartender again - but for another game above us. Bartender asked “the guy” and he was so rude to her. I was so uncomfortable watching it. I think she may have had tears after the encounter. So we go on a Thursday night. The place is packed. Good sign, right? Hostess is MIA, no sign of a single employee anywhere. Just patrons. Finally (after several minutes of awkward waiting) the manager comes and makes a half-ass excuse and seats us. Another 10 minutes goes by and FINALLY the server, Angel, comes to take a drink order - which took another 10 minutes to arrive. At which time she takes a food order. And disappears. She's just...
