I'm writing this review after going here several times. My issue with this place is the management. This place is run really horribly. Every bartender and server we've had has been great. But this place routinely has only one bartender handling a full restaurant and full bar - all the time. The managers here don't manage. They don't understand when they need to staff more people (like when dbacks and suns playoffs are both happening) they just treat every day the same. We visited Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers and had one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the restaurant was extremely busy, clearly a big crowd coming in to watch Ultimate Fighting Championship fights, but we were immediately greeted by a manager. REAL incredible place! MASSIVELY UNDERPRICED HIGH QUALITY BURGERS! 20 dollars for a bun a patty some cheese and a single onion ring is BEYOND GENEROUS! I ordered online, and was DELIGHTED upon my arrival back home exactly 3 minutes away from the location to see that instead of filling them up all or even half way, my ketchup and mustard containers had about exactly a single tablespoon of liquid enclosed inside each, which is perfect because I'm a huge husky large whale man and I need these sorts of constraints so I don't swe... read more
