I can’t say enough how phenomenal Eddie and Cold Air Mechanical are! They did so good on our unit that I hired them to do all the vacation rental properties I manage as well. They install and do all the maintenance! Never had an issue! Customer service is out of this world as well!! 5 years now they have managed our home and all of our rentals ac needs and services! 5 stars all around!
