Worst GC I’ve dealt with. We knew his rough personality is a problem, but at the time, he was one of the lowest bidding GC with prior knowledge in building fast food restaurant, so we decided to go with Luke. Luke hires some of the worst, and often underpaid, contractors. The wallpaper guy was constantly high on weed while working onsite, the drywall and drop ceiling contractor, and his 17yr kid, was paid in cash and below minimum wage (this contractor told me directly and was looking for some work as direct hire).
