Just left an appt with Dr Cheng and quite frankly it was one of the worst GP experiences I have ever had. He provided me with no clear information about anything we discussed, refused to give me script for a medication I’ve had multiple times before, the reason was he knew nothing about the medication himself. A very abrupt and disinterested manner and the whole appt was a complete joke. Terrible really. No wonder he bulked billed me for the visit. I’ll never be back to see a GP this practice.
Pathology services are very slow.
I have been seeing Dr Igor for many, many years. He has been one of my continuous professional supports through many terrible situations. I also started seeing a psychologist at the Clinic, Colleen Knapp, about 18 months ago and have never been happier with a psychologist!! I would be pretty lost without her!! Simply LOVE her and her ongoing support!! Robyn in reception has helped me considerably over the years too. And the nurses, Lauren and Sathini are amazing as well.
Dr. Igor , my primary physician since I was nine, has been an exceptional doctor throughout my life. He has been there for me through multiple complex health issues, particularly concerning my back.
