Danielle the receptionist is aggressive towards people. If possible avoid her when making bookings. She raised her voice , told me i was aggressive when I said she should have told me that they dont issue prescriptions on Telehealth. ( this is against Government Guidelines ) She basically lied and immediately became angry. Then while rolling her chair across the reception area in my direction (as i was leaving the building) she repeated the statement even though i wasnt responding to her. I have an interesting medical history, so I need a clinic that offers good continuity of care. I usually see Dr Cheng, but if I have "women's issues" like a pap smear, I will use one of the female doctors. You are spoiled for choice at Colchester and Knoxfield. I have only ever had one bad experience at this clinic and the doctor responsible no longer works there. Dr Cheng is quite direct in his approach, but always friendly and knowledgeable. I came here for a simple blood test, while fasting, because it was on my way to work. In all other places you'll be out the door within 15 minutes max. There were 2 people in front of me, and after 40 minutes (!!) They called one of them. When I asked about the delay I was told that some people are "slow bleeders". I gave up after 50 minutes.. If you appreciate your time, don't come here.
