I have an interesting medical history, so I need a clinic that offers good continuity of care. I usually see Dr Cheng, but if I have "women's issues" like a pap smear, I will use one of the female doctors. You are spoiled for choice at Colchester and Knoxfield. I came here for a simple blood test, while fasting, because it was on my way to work. In all other places you'll be out the door within 15 minutes max. There were 2 people in front of me, and after 40 minutes (!!) They called one of them. When I asked about the delay I was told that some people are "slow bleeders". I gave up after 50 minutes.. If you appreciate your time, don't come here.

I had an appointment with Dr Cheng this morning and quite frankly it was one of the worst GP experiences I have ever had. He provided me with very little information about the three issues I wanted to discuss. No in depth conversation and quite dismissive about everything. He refused to give me a script for a medication I’ve had multiple times before, the reason was he knew nothing about the medication himself. Just left an appt with Dr Cheng and quite frankly it was one of the worst GP experiences I have ever had. He provided me with no clear information about anything we discussed, refused to give me script for a medication I’ve had multiple times before, the reason was he knew nothing about the medication himself. A very abrupt and disinterested manner and the whole appt was a complete joke. Terrible really. No wonder he bulked billed me for the visit. I’ll never be back to see a GP this practice.
