My experience of this place is negative like many people it seems. I have no issue with the staff themselves. In fact, the staff have always been helpful answering my questions. GM doesn't take responsibility and deal with complaints respectfully and cancelled my service on the back of a complaint I made related to issues I had, I'm not going to state what because they don't deserve a review that provides the details. As for their complaints process, they don't bother to respond if they don't feel like it. I resent Companies... read more

Purchased a Tracer 900 GT. Excellent service from the sales and admin team. Would highly recommend. Shame the cafe has closed though!
