8 hours wait time and saw no one , some people had been there long over 12 hours and still waiting, staff was not very helpful or compassionate, unless you are in serious immediate danger don't even bother got to a clinic instead

My friend came in for help and was discharged without seeing anyone! Now he's fighting for his life in Hospital and probably won't make it! This Heath care system is Failing people!

It will take many hours before you can see a doctor. The nurses are helpful, they will give basic pain meds, but it’s not worth waiting if you are not in immediate danger. Find a walk-in clinic instead or make an appointment using Maple. They basically aren’t operating during the night except for serious emergencies. I tried staying the night to see if I would see a doctor, arrived at 5pm and gave up by 8:45am the next morning. From about 12:00 until 7:00, no one got called in. 6+ hours wait time! Better off driving to the USA for urgent care, thank god we have that option. Can’t wait to see canada become the 51st state and actually get first world healthcare.
